Fasttv.am website is the official website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") of "Fast Media" Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Broadcaster")
Please read the terms below before using the website. The Website user affirms that he/she acknowledges and undertakes to abide by the terms and requirements for using this Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use").
The data and information posted on the Website are based on the laws, legislative acts, and internal regulatory documents of the Broadcaster in force at the time of their publication and related to that data and information to the extent the Broadcaster perceives and applies them.

The copyright and/or related rights of the Broadcaster are protected by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and respective international documents.
Services are provided only in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
The content of the Website is not subject to reproduction, modification, transfer, display, or distribution in any way or by any means without the written consent or permission of the company.
The materials posted on the Website are for the personal use of the Website users and may not be used or distributed by the users of the Website for commercial purposes.
Data Confidentiality Guarantees
The Broadcaster may collect and use the materials or information obtained by other persons when using the Website for the purpose of regulating relations with such persons, as well as ensuring the proper quality of the Services.
Personal data communicated to the Website in any manner shall be used by the Broadcaster only with the view to organizing the Services to be provided to the Subscribers and improving the quality of such Services.
The Broadcaster shall undertake all the possible measures to ensure the security of the collected personal data.
The data collected by the Broadcaster via the Website shall be the property of the Broadcaster and shall not be otherwise transferred to other persons, except in cases when the above data shall be transferred to persons who are in collaboration with the Broadcaster on a contractual basis with an aim of ensuring the provision of the Services by the Broadcaster and in cases provided for by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
Information, other materials, and/or messages not containing personal data communicated to the Website shall not be deemed confidential.
Limitation of the Broadcaster's Liabilities
This clause shall limit the Broadcaster's liabilities for the Website. The provisions of this clause shall be applied insofar as they do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
The Broadcaster undertakes all the known reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information published on the Website.

The Broadcaster does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website by third parties, nor does it guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the Website.
The Broadcaster shall undertake all the possible measures accessible for him/her to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Website. At the same time, the Broadcaster shall not be held liable for the consequences of any possible drawbacks or malfunctions of the Website.
The Website users shall themselves assume responsibility for undertaking preventive measures aimed at ensuring the proper technical condition of their own data and/or equipment, communication means, uninterrupted operation of the software, and antivirus protection of equipment.
The Broadcaster shall not be held liable for systematic updates and reviews of the materials and information posted on the Website, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

Applicable law
Any matter regarding any Services provided by and via the Website or proceeding from the given Services shall be regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
